This March, Bautis Financial team grew by +1 when Kyra Mackesy joined the team as a content and community manager. Mackesy is responsible for developing, expanding and executing comprehensive cross-channel communication, optimizing Bautis Financial’s existing content and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement at the firm.
Mackesy has honed in on her content and communication skills in places like Pocket Outdoor Media (now ‘Outside’) and Active Interest Media, whom she began working for while attending The College of New Jersey.

As a journalism major at TCNJ, Mackesy was involved in an on-campus digital magazine called “Her Campus TCNJ” — a chapter of the international media and marketing company Her Campus Media. Mackesy helped lead her university’s chapter to the top 20% of all 320+ worldwide four semesters in a row. She’s held a variety of positions, including President, Editor-in-Chief and Marketing Director.
In her spare time, Mackesy has grown passionate about helping small, local businesses develop a digital footprint. She uses her knowledge and expertise of managing social media for brands like Oxygen Magazine (2.2M+ social reach) and IDEA Health & Fitness Association (480K+ social reach), as well as her passion for influencer marketing and growing SEO knowledge.
