Marc Bautis is the Founder and Wealth Manager of Bautis Financial, a fee-only financial planning firm dedicated to helping individuals, families, business owners, and retirees achieve long-term financial success. Since founding the firm in 2008, Marc has remained committed to providing a personalized, relationship-driven experience rooted in education, strategy, and trust.
With a background in mathematics and a lifelong interest in investing, Marc combines technical expertise with a natural ability to teach. He works closely with clients to demystify complex financial concepts, helping them make confident, informed decisions about their future. He approaches his role as both a teacher and a coach – guiding clients through their options and encouraging them to take meaningful action toward their financial goals.
Marc is the host of The Agent of Wealth Podcast, where he explores topics ranging from wealth-building strategies to alternative investments with industry experts and thought leaders. He is also a member of the BeSure Networking Group and the author of The Retirement Fitness Challenge, a book and program created to help pre-retirees and retirees build sustainable, reliable income streams for retirement.
Marc holds a degree in Mathematics from Seton Hall University and lives in Glen Ridge, New Jersey, with his wife Katie and three children. Outside of the office, he enjoys staying active – whether it’s running, swimming, playing tennis, or kicking a soccer ball around with his kids.
