Dylan Kramer is a Paraplanner at Bautis Financial, where he supports the firm’s advisors in delivering personalized, high-quality financial planning services. In his role, Dylan supports the end-to-end planning process by contributing to the development of financial plans, facilitating clear client communication, and upholding a consistently high standard of service. He also plays an active role in tracking industry developments and identifying strategic opportunities to strengthen the firm’s approach.
Dylan joined the Bautis Financial team after graduating from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Business. He completed the university’s CFP® Certification Education option – a curriculum designed to prepare students for the rigorous CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation – and was an active member of the Financial Planning Association during his time on campus.
Prior to joining the firm, Dylan gained hands-on experience as a wealth management intern, where he supported client service initiatives and contributed to investment and planning research. He also worked as a data specialist, developing a strong foundation in analytics, data integrity, and operational efficiency. He is certified in both eMoney and Holistiplan – two leading financial planning technologies – and applies his technical fluency to support precise, data-driven planning at the firm.
Known for his analytical mindset, Dylan is passionate about building a career in financial planning that’s rooted in integrity, continuous learning, and client service.
A New Jersey native, Dylan is an avid sports fan and enjoys staying active. Outside of the office, you can often find him on the golf course or spending time with his friends and family.
